    Elaine Hutton in 2010 has shown that it is most likely that Sarah's maiden name was Cheavin, and her father was William.

    It is possible that Sarah died at the land in Albion Twp., Peel Co. W1/2 Lot 23, Conc. 4, and is buried in the Centreville Primitive Wesleyan Cemetery on the same property.

    John was set up on a clergy lot by his father, this lot was lot # 29 on the west bank of the Humber. John died intestate in 1815,He had built a mill on the property and after his death this was operated for the benifit of his widow by a joint trust of David Holley and Christian Christener. There is reference that John was married to Veronica Frainie Johns. who would have been his first cousin. and that they married in Somerset but John would have only been age 20 when they came to U.C..
